"Good location however the room is quite small which we expected given Times Square. The bathroom was no bigger than a small travel trailer and used the same thin toilet paper. The AC didn’t work in the middle of a heat wave and the TV didn’t work. We waited over an hour for maintenance. He reset AC. It barely blew cold air and couldn’t fix TV. We let front desk know upon check out and they kindly waived our “destination” fee. The luggage guys were awesome! We were able to store our luggage before check in and after checkout for free to go exploring around more before leaving Times Square "
