"We had a wonderful stay! Hotel is in a desirable location, not far from French quarter, museums and aquarium. It’s nestled in a quiet area, with beautiful historic homes nearby. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was attentive, helpful and had everything ready- key, parking pass, upon arrival. We will happily book again during our next visit. Highly recommend!"

"Our door had a large gap at the top, the comforter had cigarette burns in them, and there was a water leak from under the sink. We asked the front desk if we could switch rooms and he told us “well, it’s an older hotel, what can you expect?”. Our bathroom door did not actually latch close and with four adults sharing a room we had to go on the honor system."
