The toilet seat was only connected with one bolt, there were fingernail clippings on the bathroom counter, the tv remote was duct taped together, and the hardware was falling off the entry door. There was so much furniture in the room it was impossible to walk around to the other side of the bed. "We stayed here for Miami graduation. It was a little bit of a drive but the hotel was clean and comfortable: they had a great breakfast buffet and the rooms were clean. There are a couple of restaurants by the hotel and you drive country roads to get to the hotel. The room was not straightened up while we were out but that is ok."

However, the experience with the breakfast buffet staff was not as positive—one staff member seemed to watch our every movement, which was off-putting. The hotel itself is nice, but it definitely needs to be revamped, as the furniture and amenities, such as the gym, feel outdated."
