When questioned about the inconsistencies, I was threatened with security. Definitelly a poor experience with check in. The staff has always been wonderful up until this year. "

"Nice rooms, friendly staff. Our heater blew cool air continuously. Shower was great except the shampoo/conditioner/body eash should be placed in a different area of the shower. Continental breakfast was minimal. Worse than other hotels & if you did want something you had to pay. No non-dairy items for those qith sensitivities. Lights on the outside of our rooms were ina bad spot because you couldnt block with the curtain. Otherwise, Nice place for a stop over."
