Our room was spotless, which made it feel less like a hotel and more like a comfortable home away from home. And free parking was the cherry on top, no hidden fees, no stress. We’ll definitely be back."

"The property and staff were great. My only issue had to do with breakfast. It wasn’t very good or appealing. I get managing costs but that breakfast should not be advertised as an amenity. The selection was poor and not very appealing. I skipped breakfast on my 2nd day. Other than the food is was a great stay."

"We stayed there while visiting family, so we simply needed a pet friendly hotel, but I feel they could improve breakfast. They had a fridge that held whole milk and packs of butter, but no yogurt as you might find in another hotel. Three of the four cereal dispensers had something inside and all were sugary options. Lastly, the waffle batter had a sour taste when cooked. They don’t need more options, but stock what you do offer and make sure the food isn’t going bad."

"Where to start Stuff has a work hour no one works after hours So if you locked out self out of your hotel after work hours you will be stuck outside till the morning Checking is flat at 3 pm you can’t wait in the lobby before your check in time . Cooler or microwave doesn’t works !!!"

The woman in the window needs to improve her communication skills I payed online for a one king bed and when I got there she said they only have two queen available, I was okay with that but she doesn’t know how to communicate, one I said is there no more king beds at all? "Overall, I really liked this hotel. That said, if your room is located on the wrong side, endless sirens will bother you throughout the night since it is in a MEDICAL area or campus. The room was comfortable and clean, the pool was a decent size and located on a terrace, the gym was adequate, and the staff was friendly. "What I liked is the building is close to my family’s home. I’ve stayed there maybe 3-4 times and it appears there is some neglect. The gym needs MUCH work!! …I see no improvement from year to year. The carpets need to be replaced. When they’re finished renovating the first floor area the next job should be to renovate the rooms!!"
