"The room was not cleaned very well. We found old food on the floor and a roach in the room. On multiple occasions, people were trying to get assistance from the front desk and no one was there for SEVERAL minutes. Housekeeping took our towels & wash clothes but did not replace them. When we asked for more later that evening, they were out! They gave us old towels they said were used for cleaning. And the tub looked awful! There were so many patches of silicone holding it together. We will NEVER...

"I was disappointed with my stay. I was moved from one poorly maintained room to another. The first room had a loose toilet. The second room needed overall maintenance rusty toilet paper holders, loose tile, the toilet stopped flushing, torn carpeting. The casino area was so smoky that I couldn't even eat in there. The pool water looked dirty. The staff was friendly. This used to be a great property too bad that the property is not being maintained."

"I was traveling as a single mom with my 3 year old daughter. Felt so unsafe at this property based on the parking lot crowd that we didn’t even stay here. It’s definitely a bad area lacking security. "

"I saved a video of bugs on our bathroom floor, alive... crawling. The staff was great! But, we killed several beetle type bugs. I don't know what they are. "

"The reason I got the room is bc my power. Is off at home and I've been sick. So I asked him at the desk to make sure there was a working heater in room even tho he was super rude already.. the heater broken. The phone broken. I had my privacy tag on door when I got back from ice machine maid was smoking in my room said our room was cancelled.. I want my money back "

"Lighting was very dim, all bulbs weren't working. Water pressure was very weak and hot water never got hot. Room smelled bad. Vending machines were empty. Will not stay there again and will not recommend. Room was significantly overpriced for what I received."
