"I asked for room cleaning and a blanket. For over four nights, neither one of those were provided despite multiple requests. The first night the phones were down so there was no response. The second night the front desk manager said he was off desk so couldn’t pick up. I spoke to the front desk more than a couple of times each time asking for both but not even once did anyone check or respond. The only saving grace was the coffee shop host who was excellent to talk to and provided friendly...

"Front office staff was polite and helpful. It’s easy to find. Had an issue with restroom door, handyman showed up and fixed it pretty quickly. Tv reception was horrible on half the channels. And avoid staying on the first floor with parking just outside. We had early risers and large trucks reverse park and leave at 5a, waking everyone up each morning."
