"Clean room, staff was great, they have a café upstairs, really nice terrace on the second floor and the third floor with beautiful views. And you can have drinks up there and just lounge out. I would recommend bringing mosquito or bug spray when walking around outside. ( noticed that a lot around the island). AC in the room blows cold! Great value and great stay overall."

"Lovely place, clean, modern. We did have a pleasant stay. Food at the restaurant was lovely
But I think there's a few things to note that requires improvement;
- smoke smell often came through into our room, not sure if through vents but people shouldn't be smoking in rooms.
- we reported a few issues that staff noted down but were never fixed in the 3 days we stayed (safe not working and shower light flickering)
- you can't really call yourself a "spa hotel". When I tried to book an...

No off street parking but there was always a parking spot on the street during the day. Evening is a different story. Very busy at night.

"The room was clean. The hotel is much older that what the pictures show. The door has a dead bolt that isn’t actually there. The door looked like it had been kicked at some point. We had to put our bags on the door because of the amount of people and noise going on at night. Did not feel safe at all all night.
The bathroom is a 2x2 ft square. The balcony overlooks at residents from across the way.
The entire hotel smells like smoke!
Breakfast was nothing to rave about."
