"Per gravi motivi personali ho contattato la struttura telefonicamente per avvalermi dell'opzione (inclusa) della cancellazione gratuita entro due GG dalla prenotazione. Dopo aver ricevuto la conferma della cancellazione mi hanno comunque addebitato in toto con penali la cifra del soggiorno... Senza più farsi vivi, né con me, ne tramite Expedia, con cui avevo prenotato Che dire, quando c'è onestà e professionalità siamo veramente a cavallo. Un gran peccato"

"Hotel Greif is a lovely hotel with a superb location right on the historic central piazza in Bolzano. Our room was well appointed, comfortable, and had beautiful views out of the windows. The breakfast was excellent and the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Public parking was a bit challenging for us given that we had rented a car, but other than that, our experience was top notch."

"Most surprising hotel of a two week trip. Didn't get to enjoy restaurant as we had already made reservations for our dinners, but heard great things. Area is amazing and hotel is a mix of great design and really good service. Lots of hiking, biking and scenic drives in the area. Dolomites are beautiful and cannot wait to go back. Totally recommend and great value for the money."

"Modern and Beautiful hotel strategically located at city center. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful - all essential information was well communicated. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, very clean and well maintained in general. Rooftop restaurant has a fantastic view and the breakfast was well organised with helpful staffs. Will definitely return to this hotel if happen to revisit this city in near future."

"My family had such a great time staying at this hotel. This hotel offers great view with outdoor pools and many seating areas you can relax after any activities near Ortisei. What sets this hotel apart from other hotels we have been to are amazing breakfast they offer and even better 3 or 4 course dinner they offer. We had dinner for 3 days and they offered different meals which were amazing every day. I would highly recommend this hotel if anyone is staying in Ortisei."

"Tutto ottimo. Spa bellissima. Piscina top. Ristorante eccellente (unica pecca la scarsa disponibilita’ nel menu per bimbi piccoli). Avevamo una suite stupenda e comodissima nell’ala nuova. A voler essere pignoli me l’aspettavo piu’ insonorizzata. Comunque 9,5/10"

I liked that the commode is separated from the shower/tub area. The hotel is walking distance to Alpe di Suisi and Seceda and main town. A good selection of restaurants. The hotel has a top rated restaurant. I cant rate it since I did not eat there. We liked the rooftop. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of choices. There is no pool in the...
