"I booked this hotel on the basis of it being slightly out of the centre and therefore quieter. However I had the worst night sleep of my life as there was an all night rave going on in the hotel (an organised event!) and I was on the first floor above it. The bed was literally vibrating from the bass and when I phoned down at 3.16am I was told by reception ‘there is noting we can do’. Awful, not what I expect from Hyatt."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all facilities were amazing. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, and if you ran out of pods there was a free coffee machine downstairs! We got a free little cake delivered to our room on our last night which was a lovely touch. A stay that won’t be forgotten "

"Clean, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful with the need for extra pillows. We didn’t have breakfast but you can pay for it if you wish. Only issue was the lighting panel was on the headboard and it kept waking us up when one of us moved in the night and only way to stop this was to take the key card out the wall meaning no power, was a little frustrating. "Lovely hotel and rooms. Staff are helpful. Only downside is no kettle or drinks in room. Each floor has a drink station for tea, coffee and water which is well stocked but having to go out for drinks is a little tedious plus no milk anywhere "

"Excellent location, near the Old Town, shopping centre, bus and train station. Friendly reception staff. Easy to communicate with the hotel through Expedia app. We stayed in a twin room which had skylight windows. It had a mini fridge, kettle, table and chairs. The beds were probably the most comfort beds I've slept in. Small shower room, with lovely hot and powerful shower. There's no lift so take this into consideration if mobility is an issue. "Absolutely amazing 7night stay at The Crown Krakow Center. Every member of staff we encountered was very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast to start the day is fantastic with lots of choice on the continental breakfast and then you could order from cooked breakfast menu. Added bonus of the 3 tier stand with salad, meats, cheeses and fresh fruit which we very much enjoyed."
