"The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, and the staff was kind. The bed was comfortable, but the building is in serious disrepair: curtains hanging off the rails, broken ceiling panels, peeling paint, loose bathroom tiles, and heavily worn carpets in the hallways. "Everything about the Carlton Hotel Lyon MGallery Colletion was excellent. size Very surprised with such a big and nice bathroom iln my room. Situated in a very good location, you could easily walk around the city. Metro station was just 2 blocks away. Very friendly staff. Fluent in english and spanish they were always willing to help me get to different places I needed to go. Breakfast was excellent. Service was amazing. Definetely, a place to stay while in Lyon."
