4 night stay in Lyon. Hotel is located beside Westfield shopping centre and a short distance from the main train station. The hotel itself was clean, but the carpets in the corridor leading to the rooms could do with replacing as they are heavily marked and looked dirty. The bar was okay, great view across Lyon from the 38th floor room

House keeping was abysmal.Hall carpets were never vacuumed during our 5 day stay.The shower had little shield so the floor was always wet .Dirty cups were never taken from the room.Downstairs check in staff were helpful and pleasant as were breakfast staff.

Best view I have ever had at a hotel in my life. Staff was nice. The room service came within 20 minutes and it was really good. Convenient tram right at the front of the building. Only 10 minutes to vieux Lyon.

Not great, especially considering high price. Two elevator rides are needed to get to the room as lobby is on the 32 floor. Carpet is dirty and should be replaced, room was not very clean. There was no coffee maker in the room although it was included in the description. When I asked turned out that only “premium” rooms have them. Again considering price above 360 usd per night I would expect more. The nice thing was a panoramic view. I would not stay there again.

A good hotel well located for the train station . 20 minute walk to old town. If travelling by train access the hotel via Westfield shopping centre, not the road which is seedy. Problem with air conditioning on first night but this was resolved next day.

Our stay at Radisson Blu was perfection. The view is second to none, the staff from top to bottom were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and didn’t want to leave. On our next trip to Lyon, we won’t consider anywhere else to stay.

Outstanding staff

Check in is on floor 32. We were greeted by wonderful knowledgeable staff and our room was on the 37th floor. The room was a great size and absolutely spotless. The bathroom was perfect with everything you need. The hotel is in a good position for shopping, however transport is difficult due to the construction works. If I have one negative then it's the heat in the room which is far too hot. We will definitely be back that's for sure.
