"The staff were really helpful, I was going to arrive late and no one would be at reception but they provided full info on where my room key would be and how to access it. During my stay they couldn't have been more helpful everytime I asked for info. Rooms cleaned everyday and mini toblerones on your bed, yum yum.
I saw maintenance ongoing, which is positive, at least they didn't ignore faults in the hotel and keep going while trying to maximise profit at customers expense like many hotel...

L’arrivée du courrier a 2:00 du matin extrêmement bruyante nous a réveillés brutalement. L’activité de la Poste commence vers 7:00 du matin.
Nous n’avons pas pu nous reposer convenablement.
Cette chambre est vraiment à éviter."
"The staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, including delicious eggs if you need eggs. The hotel includes a beautiful garden and sitting rooms for relaxing, plus tea with cakes in the afternoon. They serviced our laundry within a couple of hours and the rate was fair. Excellent location next to the train station and the walking / shopping streets as well as the hike from Courmayeur to Refugio Bonatti. Thoroughly enjoyed being here."
"Beautifully designed, very well located and well maintained. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.
The room we got had just a single small window which felt a bit weird.
No closets was also a bit weird.
The Roman bath is amazing, though I do think a sayna/jacuzzi would upgrade the experience.

"Other than pool I don’t see any point to go back to this hotel And especially don’t get trapped by the photos in the website . Overall service is not very good. I would recommend to straight away go for the pool service rather than going for hotel stay."
