"One of the doors accross from our room had police tape on the outside & the area surrounding the hotel seemed unsafe. The air conditioning was not functional & the room had a constant odor. Opening the window helped but not practical for the e tire evening due to road noise. Guests on other floors were disruptive most of night. Additionally towels were limited. "We did not see the owner at all during the stay. The whole property is full of dust and hasn't been cleaned for a while. There is no breakfast option during weekends (even if paying extra), the kitchen common area is not maintained (trash full of garbage not emptied, milk expired for 2 months in the fridge). It's like if the owner does not care much about the guests. It really felt dirty, unmaintained, and unmanaged. Other clients left after 1 night out of 3 without bothering claiming for refund...
