"Overall, we were a little bit disappointed with our stay at L’Arveyron. When we first got there, the staff was very nice and helpful which was great, but before we walked into our room they mentioned they were having a "barbecue" outside that night. Our room was right above reception and rather than a barbecue it was more of a massive party outside and in the libby of the hotel with a DJ and karaoke. "The rooms were clean and sparse. The loft rooms were fun with kids but would be very difficult for anyone over 6’ to manage. The staff was okay. They weren’t exceptionally friendly. Very limited English speakers so made it difficult at times. They take your card to have on file for incidentals but you can’t actually charge anything to your room. The restaurant was not great. The video games are cool but good luck using them. Usually two people would be camped out for the evening at then. Also...

"Perfect location to the ski busses and the city center (lots of shops and restaurants), ski rental shop in the hotel, great coffee station (complementary). Nice bar with lots of gathering spaces and comfy chairs. We did not choose the breakfast buffet, but our travel companions said it was great. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant twice, food was amazing and reasonably priced. Spa area has a swimming pool, hot tub, wet and dry sauna, ice room and a quiet area with swinging chairs by the fire....

"The room was dusty there is no shower cap in the bathroom no vanity set no body cream no soap no shower gel only shampoo and conditioner no slippers no hair dryer the hotel has no appropriate lobby the hotel is lacking staff no appropriate reception. I thought it is a four star hotel it is not a hotel it is barely two star hotel not worth the money I paid for "
