"I know the shuttle service is the hotel itself, but I will say that the rude driver on Wednesday July 15th at 6pm not only ended up costing us $15 but also wasted an hour a a half of our time. He told us twice that we were supposed to take the Greenline which was incorrect and that he did not go to this Mercure location. After we wasted time waiting and waiting, we took the Greenline to the first stop and called an Uber to get to our hotel. Once we arrived at our hotel, there he was sitting in the shuttle playing on his phone. It took everything in me not go to up and yell at him. So, if you take the shuttle, pay attention to which shuttle is which one and don't listen to the driver.
Once we arrived at the hotel however, everything was smooth. Super friendly staff, excellent dinner in the dining room, delicious wine and love the patio. We sat on the patio enjoying a glass of wine while watching the World Cup through the glass. I will say there isn't much near this hotel location but we didn't need to leave the hotel for anything for the night. It was great."
