"This is our second time in Montreux and we always stayed at Eurotel. And this time on our child 17th Birthday. We love the view and the location. The free flow welcome drink and popcorn always made us happy. Also the breakfast superb!! Staff very helpful, she arrange our rooms close to each other. Surely will come back again.. "Magnifique vue sur le lac. Le personnel est insuffisant : une seule personne fait des allers-retours entre le spa et la réception. L’hôtel aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement, car il fait très vieux. Aucune trousse de toilette n’est mise à disposition ; au vu du prix de la chambre, je pense que des pantoufles ainsi que quelques cotons-tiges ou disques de coton ne seraient pas de trop. Sinon, la chambre était très propre."

"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. At 12AM they offered to change our room, we did, but the AC was also not working. They gave us a fan. Such a...
