"Clean room and good location. The AC was quite noisy and not very good, but that’s ok I suppose since it wasn’t the season yet. "

"Unhygienic! Mouldy bathroom and bedroom was always dusty, I couldn't walk barefoot around the room/bathroom. On the plus side there's free parking outside the hotel, a supermarket, and a decent restaurant next door."

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral, direkt an 2 Straßenbahnlinien sowie mehreren Buslinien die einen regelmäßig und schnell in das Stadtzentrum bringen. Trotz der Straßenbahn vor der Türe ist es im Zimmer sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind funktional, haben aber alles was sie brauchen. Sehr positiv war das wir ein 3-Bett-Zimmer gebucht hatten, und das dritte Bett war ein richtiges Bett und keine Ausziehcouch oder Ausziehsessel. Das Frühstück ist in Buffetform, klein, aber es gibt alles was macht braucht um...

"Perfect safe location across from station easy walk. Hotel is spotless, very well Maintained and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Greta, was especially friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast area beautiful with excellent variety of foods for all. We were disappointed it mention it had a pool but it was only jacuzzi in the spa area. Probably something that should be corrected on Expedia etc. All in all a 5 star stay and would highly recommend."

"Friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable from start to finish. The room was very clean, including the bathroom and toilet, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well throughout my stay, which was especially appreciated with outdoor temperatures around 30°C. There were, however, a couple of areas where the experience could be improved. Given the hot weather, providing complimentary bottled water would be a thoughtful gesture for guests. "This is a true find in the center of Turin. I had the pleasure of staying here for a week, even though I was injured and they took such good care of me here. It’s quite peaceful somebody’s always playing piano in the Piazza every day and it’s just a lovely setting and a very clean and wonderful place to stay. There are many restaurants around and cafés and museums."
