We only stayed for one night but liked Clean room, fast check in even if we were early, great location as it’s close to the cruise terminal and restaurants. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. We went out for breakfast so don’t know about their breakfast option. It’s also close to the bus stop so it was noisy until around midnight. There were only 2 washers and 2 dryers so it’s better to use the laundry facilities nearby. All in all, good value for the money.

Room was comfortable, clean, modern, spacious with full kitchen. Nice view of Harbour and amusement park. Just steps to train/bus station. Friendly staff. Good value. Could improve: Communication – need staff that can understand/speak English better; more English signs/instructions in room eg. to use telephone. No direct line to reception from room. Have to call external line which we weren’t able to do as words on phone and voice after pressing numbers were in French only. Never got wake up call cause staff didn’t understand English. We had two people, but only one set of towels in bathroom. Had to go down to reception to get towels because we couldn’t use the phone as everything was in French. General message received on the app 2 days before checkin was only in French. I had to Google translate to find out it contained relevant info that we needed. We had messaged them before in English so system should detect properly language to send esp when it’s important. Also ran out of toilet paper the morning we were leaving. we had to use Kleenex as no time to wait for delivery and we were packing to checkout. Other than that, we were very happy with the room and would still recommend.

We're very much enjoyed the hotel.The room is spacious and very comfortable. the negative comment about cleanliness was the toilet had black mold on it and the back of the toilet bowl on the interior was caked with black something. the area around the hotel appears to be mostly business not a lot of restaurants and nightlife but very close to the cruise terminal. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. we would stay here again if we were using this cruise port .

I love that it had a stocked kitchenette. The room was spacious and clean. The furnishings were modest but functional. The safe deposit box had been locked by a previous occupant; with just a 1 night stay, I didn't tell the staff until I had checked out. The view was not special as it looked over a construction site. This hotel is very conveniently located relative to the train station. I didn't try their breakfast buffet as other guests said that €18 was pricey for what it offered. I would stay here again.

La pulizia della camera non viene fatta tutti i giorni se non richiesta . Ho trovato il bagno sporco con peli ed animaletti sotto il lavandino. Vicino al lavandino della cucina ce una puzza assurda che sale dalle tubature. Non mi sono trovato molto a mio agio ho lasciato la struttura un giorno prima

Ett verkligt toppenboende. Stort rum med rymligt badrum. Pentry med allt man behöver. Sköna sängar och utmärkt fransk frukost med nybakade croissanter. Nära till restauranger.

This was one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived quite late in the evening and the surrounding area did not feel safe. We paid extra to stay in a bigger room and were looking forward to staying but the place did not meet any expectations (I’m surprised it’s rated as a 4 star property!) When we entered the room, there was a terrible smell throughout probably coming from a bathroom/toilet (problems with blocked pipes?) The hand washing basin was blocked, there was no shower gel provided, the toilet was not cleaned properly and there was hair in the shower. No bedsheets provided for a spare sofa bed so we had to request them late in the night. The sofa bed was very dirty - looked like it has never been cleaned! The night light in the bedroom was not operational. Breakfast was just average - very limited hot options and no selection for people not eating pork. Very disappointed with the place and could not wait to leave this hotel. I’ve never left a bad review but this time i just could not justify the rating of this hotel - very untidy and not worth the money.

Es un hotel con cuartos amplios y una pequeña cocineta, el personal de recepción son muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Muy recomendable el hotel.

Un super hôtel, propre avec beaucoup de services. On a eu un accueil chaleureux. L’appartement était spacieux et silencieux avec tout le nécessaire. On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.
