"Clean nice room, great location and facility. Very nice breakfast. Room service quality depends on the person cleaning of the day, somehow tucks the bedsheet in together with the blanket, so when removing blanket, bedsheet comes out too. They forget to replace towels and water, but all it takes is a phone call and all problem would be solved so no issue. The front desk is amazing. The fitness center is not really a fitness center, just a sad gloomy room with a treadmill, bike and elliptical....

"Really cool vibe here. Small but nice rooms. Great for our one night stop over. We made use of the sauna which was excellent. Very convenient to train station and centre of town. Loved it. "

"100% recommended! It is a unique graffiti hotel with warm and nice staff. Sundays reception area turns into a vintage market! It is too bad that i have stayed only 1 night, but i will be back for a Christmas time for sure! Only one suggestion for the blanket, it would be much more better if it is covered by a duvet. "

"Location was great--just a 10 minute walk to the tourist area. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. On site parking is big plus but make sure to reserve a spot. We would definitely stay there again. "

"We arrived at the hotel just after having had our backpack stolen on the train. My husband’s cell phone, credit card and other items were now gone. Shocked and in a state of confusion, the hotel staff was very patient and extremely helpful by allowing us to use their computer phone and connecting us with Canadian phone numbers in order to make credit card cancellations and freeze accounts.
