Ayant l’habitude a cette chaĂźne. J’ai Ă©tĂ© déçu de l’accueil dans cette hĂŽtel. J’ai rĂ©servĂ© pour 4 nuit, j’en suis parti au bout de 2 jours pour ibis style juste en face. La raison : chambre froide et bruyante. MalgrĂ© ma rĂ©clamation rien n’a Ă©tĂ© fait a part me dire que d’habitude ils n’ont pas de souci avec cette chambre. De plus lors de mon dĂ©part aprĂšs avoir contacter hĂŽtel.com afin d’annuler mes 2 derniĂšre nuit, je descend a l’accueil pour confirmer mon dĂ©part, la personne qui m’a accueilli avec un aire pas trĂšs aimable me lance « il ne vous reste plus qu’à rĂ©gler la facture ». Ce que j’ai fait aussitĂŽt par ailleurs. Chose que j’aurais pu faire a mon dĂ©part le lendemain et sachant qu’une emprunte cb a Ă©tĂ© faite.

TrĂšs bel hĂŽtel confortable
mais ça s’arrĂȘte lĂ  ! Il est situĂ© prĂšs d’une gare sncf et le tramway passe devant l’hĂŽtel et c’est trĂšs bruyant. Il faut payer un parking : 15 euros par jour. Au restaurant ce ne sont que des plats en barquettes qui sont rĂ©chauffĂ©s. J’ai commander une pizza, le barman l’a prise au congĂ©lateur
et malgrĂ© tout j’ai Ă©tait servi aprĂšs plus de 30 mn. Une vraie dĂ©ception, j’ai du coup annulĂ© un sĂ©jour prĂ©vu une semaine plus tard

Fantastic stay - clean, modern and well situated beside station. Car park immediately opposite is short stay, so we used one 2 mins walk away, beside bus station. Very easy to access. Good breakfast and friendly welcoming staff.
