"Everything"

"This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

"From the moment we got there we were greeted by Sylvain and we felt at home. The cottage was adorable and the space was ample for my husband and I. When we needed anything the response was quick. The area was lively and had just enough of a mix of quiet. There was a grocery store around the corner so that was very convenient. We will definitely be coming back!!"

"Right downtown Montreal near the port, the best free breakfast you will find with freshly made croissants, chocolatines, other pastries and freshly made bagels with freshly ground coffee maker."

"This hotel has stairs so not accessible for disabled. I was with someone with issues walking. The stairs were really hard for her, even to enter the building. I was pleased that the staff tried to help with luggage. The beds were good and room was clean. We had to leave before breakfast but the staff put some items in a bag for us."

"Tout était super, le club vaut vraiment la peine avec le déjeuner inclus et le 5 à 7 ces vraiment un must. Mon seul B mole ces les matelas, couverture et oreiller. Les matelas était très maganer et la qualiter des tissus de literie était moyenne. Mais rien d’épouvantable! Toute le staff a été super!"

"Hotel Le Coach was a fantastic stay. It is a perfect, central location to all of the main neighborhoods in Montreal (Old Montreal, Le Plateau, The Village, Latin Quarter, etc). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily. Staff stays on site until 11pm if you have any issues. I would stay at Hotel le Coach again when returning to Montreal."

"I would highly recommend Hotel Kutuma! The hospitality is amazing and the rooms are extremely comfortable with fantastic amenities. The adjoining restaurant is a bonus. The food is amazing. The location is one block off the metro and highly walkable/accessible to Plateau Mont Royal and Mile End. I look forward to visiting this hotel again."

"Second time here and everything was perfect, except the total overcrowding at the pool. Also pool temperature on our first day was perfect. Second day (Saturday), it was bath water and totally not refreshing. No where to find a seat. Saturday the pool experience was VERY disappointing. Only other suggestion is it would be helpful if the front of house staff was familiar with and could answer questions, offer suggestions, etc. to visitors from out of town like us.
