"Tout était parfait, personnel extrêmement agréable, ambiance mini-village très appréciable (restaurant, bar, espaces extérieurs). Nous avons voyagé avec notre bébé de 1 an et tout était très pratique (parking avec accès direct aux chambres, kids club,..). Nous reviendrons!"

"AVOID: Did not have hot water in the shower for several days. Spoke to the front desk four times (to Manon and Natasha); each time, they told me they were aware of the problem, that a technician had come, and that the problem was fixed. We stayed in Chamonix because my husband ran the UTMB marathon: when he finished the marathon, he had a cold shower and shivered for hours. Hot water is a basic requirement of any hotel, and the problem was not fixed until the last morning of our stay.

"A l'accueil la réceptionniste de l'accueil n'a pas voulu nous donner d'informations car elle ne s'occupait pas des appartements. Elle a juste vaguement dit dans quelles directions ils se trouvaient.
Bien sûr pas de bonjour ni rien.
Le clic clac était tâché, tout était sale et vétuste et ce qui semblait vraiment bien être de la matière fécale était sur le porte papier toilette !
En repartant le matin, je croise un autre employé, pas de bonjour non plus. Ce doit être une culture d'entreprise."

"Rooms need an update. Very old style. But the price is right and free parking in garage.
Had everything you need if you’re going to cook. I mean every thing. We had two showers and sinks to wash. One toilet for three is great but if you had 6 I don’t think that would work. We stayed on bottom floor like a dungeon and was disappointed by that but to chicken to ask to stay on floor 2, 3, 4 or 5th floor. It would have been epic for the view. Like I said we were in the dungeon without a view....
