Im Zimmer findet man beschädigte Tapeten und verschmutzte Wände. Im Bad blickt man auf eine Bohrung in den Wandfliesen und auf beschädigte Tür. Die Duschtür erfüllt zwar ihre Funktion, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen und an mehreren Stellen verrostet. Positiv ist zu erwähnen, dass nach einer Reklamation, umgehend der Schaden behoben wurde.
