"We absolutely loved this hotel! We had amazing views and relaxation from our balcony overlooking the lake. The room was quite spacious with a very comfortable bed! We also loved the small details — the robe and slippers, blankets for sitting on the balcony, adapter plug, umbrella, etc. The Le Table restaurant in the hotel was amazing also. "This hotel is extremely well located. You can access bus stations to get to all 4 mountains really easily, and the Brevent station is actually walking distance (up a hill.. but doable). You are 1 block away from the main square with tons of restaurants and everything you need. The hotel is well kept. Everything is really small, but that's the standard in Chamonix. The staff is so nice and helpful, great customer service. We would absolutely stay there again."

"Four years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Les Grands Montets as part of our Tour du Mont Blanc ten-day trek. We had two nights there as we prepared for our last two legs of hiking on our trek.
