"The view of the Eiffel Tower was fun and we enjoyed watching it twinkling in the evening. There are a couple of other buildings in the view that you don’t see in the listing photos but it was still a beautiful view. There was no housekeeping included but the staff provided clean towels when we asked for them. We were less than impressed with the breakfast and coffee but we had early days planned so being able to grab a quick croissant was helpful but for the cost of the room a more appealing breakfast would have been nice. There were no clean plates so we used a bowl. There was one water filter system in the lobby which saved us from purchasing a lot of water but there was often a line for it. The location was good, about a 10-15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, the tube, a wonderful bakery, and a large grocery store. We never saw the pool since we didn’t spend much time in the hotel other than sleeping. Overall it was okay but I wouldn’t stay there again if we returned."

"Exceptional! Arrival with Rona, Ed & Jason was kind, genuinely welcoming and happy to have you. We shared pleasantries and laughed which is nice as a solo traveler after traveling all day. Easy check in. Room detailed. Everything as it should be. Directly across from Platitude Arena for Celine! This team nailed the service delivery and was truly happy. Nona bartends as well. Met Gio from FL after the concert trending bar. One evening security officer wasn’t as happy, refusing to take a photo for me prior to the concert. Said he didn’t speak my language and returned to looking at his phone. Breakfast in the morning was quick and delicious. There was Jason welcoming guests and ensuring we had a memorable stay. A++"

"I had an amazing stay at this property! The neighbourhood is calm, quiet, and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Paris. The bus and metro stops are conveniently located right in front, with plenty of lovely cafés nearby. The reception staff were absolutely outstanding—friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The room was spacious, comfortable, and everything I could have asked for. I’m so happy I found this place! It will definitely be my go-to accommodation every time I return to Paris. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I can’t wait to come back!"
