Even though it was only 23.20 there was no reception open or number to call. The automated check in screen was experiencing technical failure so we couldn't get in or check in. We returned the next day and were told a refund would be routine. We have contacted Expedia many times for over 2 months: we have not received a refund or an engaged response. I've never had such a chaotic experience of a major company. Avoid the hotel. Avoid Expedia.

Unable to log in and unsafe

Hotel was not fit for purpose. Unable to check in, reception desk shut at 9pm and we arrived later as travelling from Disney to a ferry in dieppe. The electronic check in would not work and the duty call number / device was not being answered. Too many unsavoury characters outside including a partially dressed man climbing out the window. Our party was two women and a young child and felt the location and other guests were unsafe. We had no choice but to book another hotel at a significant cost.

Below par. Adequate stop off point (just!).

Not my favourite hotel experience, but it worked as a stopover. Lots of parking and a friendly host were the pluses. It was quiet and I slept well. The room was basic and the carpet was stained and could have been hoovered again. No towel unless you pay for one. Shower was fine. There weren't quite enough toilets for everyone at peak times and they weren't the nicest. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the building and room. Breakfast was simple and just about adequate, though was smooth and easy. Thirty years ago I'd have stayed without blinking, but the hotel world has moved on and I'm not as tolerant as I was back then. Okay, but with quite a few reservations.

Impossible de modifier le sejour, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. Nous souhaitions enlever une nuit à notre réservation de 2 chambres, injoignables par telephone, attente de 20min à 0,44c la minute en plus d'un appel local. Mail laissé sans reponse, un homme au guichet qui ne voulait rien entendre...à bannir !!!

Quelle horreur!

Vous nous avez vendu une chambre de bonne qualité. Quelle surprise en constatant que le lit n'etait qu'un simple matelas de mousse en fin de vie. On sentait distinctement les lattes du sommier. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel.

Honteux, j'ai réservé pour une nuit car je bossais tout le weekend loin de chez moi. J'arrive vers 22h impossible de rentrer dans l'hÎtel car on ne m'a pas envoyé le code de réservation.( Enfin si mais le lendemain de la réservation)J'ai téléphoné plusieurs fois , personnes ne m'a répondu. Deja j'arrive, il n'y a personne a l'accueil. J'ai dĂ» appeler le centre d'appel F1 pour me donner accĂšs Ă  ma chambre et encore le conseil que la conseillĂšre m'a donnĂ© c'est d'attendre que quelqu'un arrive.. comment vous dire qu'il etait 20h, qu'il fesait nuit.. finalement je lui dit quoi faire c'est a dire de rechercher mon nom pour avoir mon numĂ©ro de rĂ©servation. Je fais le checkin individuel. J'obtiens mon code et me dirige dans la chambre... pas de toilettes, ni de salle de bain. Nous Ă©tions trois jeunes femmes pour un trio que nous avions rĂ©servĂ© pour ce changer car nous avions un mariage. Vers 21h un homme frappe a notre porte et nous demande de faire moins de bruit puis commence Ă  poser des questions bizarre du genre vous ĂȘtes combien dans la chambre, que des femmes ? Vous sortez ? Vous ĂȘtes un couple avec enfant etc.. il dit ĂȘtre le gĂ©rant.... plus jamais.. Ă  fuire. Autant vous dire que nous n'avons pas passĂ© la nuit lĂ  bas. Pffffff

hotel.com n'envoie pas le numeros de reservation et l'hotel ouvre a 17h j'ai eu des dificulté pour accedez a ma chambre le responsable a commencé a me voir galerer via la camera il est descendu voir ce qu'il se passait je lui es expliquer il gentiement fait le necessaire pour que je puisse aller dans la chambre alors qu'il etait pas 17h je deconseil de passé par hotel.com car aucun mail de numeros de reservation est envoyé

Chambre vraiment petites pour 2 , coussins trop mou , petite bĂ©bĂȘte dans la chambre , photo Ă  l'appui, pas terrible , reçu aucun mail de la part de hĂŽtel.com pour la rĂ©servation, j'ai du appelĂ© un numĂ©ro surtaxĂ© pour qu'on me donne ma rĂ©servation, inadmissible alors que la chambre Ă©tait rĂ©servĂ©, je ne parle mĂȘme pas du prix du petit dej pour 10 euros , peu de choix et bien moins chĂšre au magasin .

Man hört wirklich alles, sogar das Schnarchen der Nachbarn. Harte Betten. Late Check-In hat gut geklappt und parken konnten wir auch kostenlos. FĂŒr eine Nacht war es okay.
