Granite Hills B&B is an amazing place to spend your time in Leavenworth. Sandy is an amazing hostess with an amazing knack for hospitality. The details are spectacular and her warm personality shows throughout the entire experience. The breakfasts are out of this world! Stay here and you will not be disappointed!

Sandy and Don are two of the kindest hosts you'll ever meet. Their rooms are comfortable, very clean and quiet. The food is tasty, well prepared and presented. I have literally only good things to say about staying here and I would definitely return.

Impressed beyond happy!
This experience was amazing. We were treated with respect and kindness, the staff were so friendly and attentive to us. We received good info on everything in town including hiking trails, restaurants, events, parking, you name it . I will be coming back. Btw, the breakfast was WORTH IT BY ITSELF!

Felt like a hallmark movie at Christmas!
We LOVED staying at granite Hills! From the moment we stepped inside the hospitality was warm and plenty. The home is so cutely decorated for the holiday season it feels like you’re in a hallmark movie! From the fresh baked cookies nightly to the sweet card they wrote us to congratulate us on our anniversary everything was so thoughtful. Now, their breakfasts were AMAZING. Best I can say I’ve ever had! Your are served like an honored guest, and encouraged to eat as much as you’d like, I don’t think I was hungry our entire stay. If you're considering staying in Leavenworth - this is the place to be! Just a short 5 minute drive to downtown!

The hosts were wonderfully warm and welcoming. The property was very festive and tastfully decorated. Waking up each day to smiles and some of the best breakfasts I have ever had in my LIFE was definitely something I could get used to. The guest rooms were very nice with huge bathrooms and a fireplace but I'd have to say one of our favorite things about the property was the large common area downstairs with a huge fireplace and lots of comfy furniture to relax on and at times, play some of the large variety of games they have on hand for guests. We will definitely be back and I couldn't reccomend this Bed and Breakfast more! 5 stars!!!

I loved our stay with Don and Sandy. We couldn't have asked for a better experience at the Granite Hills Inn in Leavenworth, WA. The breakfasts were amazing, the room was awesome. The surrounding area was more than I could have ever hoped to see. We didn't know that we had picked the weekend of Oktoberfest. That was a real plus. A experience.

Sandi & Don were fantastic! The entire experience exceeded expectations. This three room b&b will be our Leavenworth forever place. We will remember the breakfasts for a very long time - exquisite!

This B&B is great. Sandy is a wonderful host, full of information and provides top quality delicious breakfast each morning which were a delight. Room was large and bed very comfortable. Guests have use of the downstairs area, patio and garden which were all immaculate. Highly recommend this establishment.

We can’t say enough great things about this place and our hosts Sandy & Don! We were attending a wedding reception in Leavenworth however due to some events happening in Seattle thé border crossings were atrocious, so we called for a late check in. They were most accommodating. The Inn itself is lovely & charming. Our room was spacious, clean and exceptionally comfortable. The breakfasts every morning were amazingly delicious, quietly served in the garden patio under the pergola. We highly recommend Granite Hills Inn. 💖

What a lovely B&B!! The hosts were wonderfully friendly and so accommodating. We were hiking close by so they provided muffins to go in the morning since we were missing breakfast. And, the morning breakfast was delicious, when we weren’t hiking. Thanks so much for a great stay!!

A B&B with amazing owners who obviously care a great deal about your experience. The homemade breakfast was absolutely second to none. The room was clean and the bed was absolute comfort.

The room was clean, and well stocked with necessities/toiletries. The maple room had a spacious, comfortable bed, Keurig, jetted tub, double headed shower, and a fireplace. It was such a relaxing space and the surrounding area was very quiet. They also have an assortment of games and puzzles in the common area; Plenty to keep you occupied if you're staying in. While the room/space were great, the best part of the stay was the hosts. Sandi made the most amazing breakfasts and baked the most delicious walnut, chocolate chip cookies fresh every night that were to die for. The cookies alone are worth the stay, and we can't wait to go back. Highly recommend a stay at Granite Hills!

I didn’t realize that the Grabite Hills Inn was a B&B when I booked and thought I was booking a hotel room. When we arrived I realized we booked a room upstairs which was going to be a problem due to my mom being disabled and unable to climb the stairs. Sandy, the proprietor of the property was able to swap our room to the downstairs unit. Sandy was wonderful! The room was beautiful and breakfast was amazing! I would highly recommend the B&B to anyone looking for a quaint place to stay!

Don and Sandy were such gracious hosts and our stay at their lovely home was wonderful. The home-cooked breakfast was delicious! It was our first visit to Leavenworth and we will definitely stay here again in the future. The location is perfect, nestled right at the base of the mountain and still so close to downtown Leavenworth (less than 5 min). We wish we could have stayed longer!

I Love Granite Hills
It was the most amazing stay I’ve ever had….I travel for work and stay in a lot of nice places but this place was beautiful and the owners Sandy and Don were amazing. The breakfast that was included in the stay was as airhead you would have got from any breakfast house in town and it was ready to eat each morning by 9am and the conversations and company with the other guests as well as with Sandy and Don were a great start to the day. We will never stay anywhere else while visit Leavenworth. We look forward to our next stay already.

We had a wonderful time at Granite Hills. From the moment we got there Sandy made us feel right at home. Our room was comfortable, just like home. Breakfast was phenomenal every morning. Sandy makes a great breakfast and went out of her way to accommodate my wife who is a vegan. Sandy’s husband was out of town so next time we hope he is there as well. Thank you Sandy, we enjoyed our conversations with you and hope to see you in the future.

Everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Owners welcomed us to their beautiful inn with a quick tour of our room and amenities and answered questions we had regarding local events, dining options, etc. Very warm and hospitable environement with every detail considered. The included breakfast is amazing and better than some of the very best restaurant breakfast meals we have had.

Don & Sandy we so lovely. The grounds and the inn were so wonderful. There wasn't one thing missing from the ultimate romantic getaway. Sandy had champange & chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us when we arrived to our room for our anniversary. And the next day fixed a beautiful meat & cheese tray for us that was amazing. The breakfasts are truely the best things ever. They definately have thought of everything. My husband LOVED Sandy's homemade chocolate chip cookies each afternoon....super soft & yummy. Thank you so much Don & Sandy :)

We loved Granite Hills and meeting Sandy and Don. After quite a few days on the road we felt pampered at Granite Hills with the delicious breakfast, sumptuous linens, beautiful gardens and of course the chocolate chip cookies. Would definitely recommend
