"The room was clean but the shower hardly worked. The faucet was falling out of the wall and would only turn on if held it back in place as you turned it. Was definitely an inconvenience to basically not have a shower."

"We were there 6 days. Never cleaned the room. Limited 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you need towels you had to return used ones to the office to get clean ones. Pool not open. A Mom Dad and baby were thete over a week and when she asked for a clean sheet he told her $30. They wanted to stay longer and he wanted another deposit. Take out your own trash. Advertise breakfast...nothing available.
No coffee pots . 1 wash cloth 1 hand towel. Mattress with huge divet in bed. Room dirty....
