The staff was very friendly. Yes it does have some worn out carpets in room, but otherwise all is clean and functional. Pool DOES NOT have slide. The Suites at Hershey
Rooms were big and clean. Bathrooms were big and had plenty of towels. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Warm fireplace on the cold days. Pool was great but very busy.
