The unit was very large, clean and modern yet inside of the most beautiful historic building and courtyard. It was centrally located so that we could walk to all of the sights and restaurants in Lecce.

Fantastic location, in the heart of Lecce! Very quiet inside even with so much late night activity outside, so never a problem to sleep. The host was helpful and even carried 1 of 4 suitcases up to the room with me. Small room, but overall very nice. The only complaint is that there were 40 steps up to our room on the top floor, which was only an issue because of the 4 bags. Otherwise, just more exercise 😉

The B&B was very close to the center of Lecce. However, there was no parking; parking was available a couple of streets away at reasonable cost. B&B is an old building that has been well renovated, but also on a busy street (some noise concerns). The room was fine, but the bathroom is severely restricted--barely one-arm length from wall to wall. Breakfast not available on site; but vouchers for a cafe on main piazza a few blocks away. Helpful owner/manager, but limited hours. All-in-all, a reasonable choice for a single person or a young couple.

Camera ben arredata e pulita in pieno centro ma da EVITARE. È infatti IMPOSSIBILE DORMIRE poiché affaccia su una strada con tre locali che fanno musica a tutto volume (uno con il dj) fino a notte fonda, tanto da costringerci a chiamare i carabinieri il 28/12 alle 2. Il gestore del b&b ci ha confermato di essere ben consapevole da tempo del problema, ma comunque continua a vendere la camera poichè non c'è soluzione. Per poter dormire, siamo stati costretti a cambiare struttura. COLAZIONE PESSIMA: nelle condizioni della camera è indicata a buffet, ma viene fornita in un bar raggiungibile in 5;' sono previsti solo caffè/cappuccio e croissant e solo su insistenza abbiamo ottenuto una spremuta. Alla richiesta di rinunciare alla colazione, così da decidere dove farla, ci è stato risposto che l'importo pagato non sarebbe stato comunque restituito e che è sempre bene contattare la struttura direttamente per prenotare ed avere chiarimenti.

オープン時間にチェックイン場所に人がおらず、wifiのパスワード情報なども書いておらず、部屋が寒いので暖めようと思ってもやり方がわからず寒かったです。サービスはよくありませんでした。 唯一良いところは立地くらい。部屋はかなり広いのですが、逆に落ち着かず持て余す感じでした。

A bit disappointing but in a perfect location

The location is excellent,right in the historic core of the city. The apartment itself is pretty good, very spacious. The furniture is a little bit sparse and the kitchen area poorly equipped. But the real let down was the quality of breakfast......very disappointing in terms of fresh fruit, fruit juices, interesting cheese or salamis or hams and least said about the coffee the better.

Gros problème à l'enregistrement. Le réceptionniste est totalement incompétent. Après nous avoir fait attendre une heure, il avait oublié notre réservation qui était déjà payée... Il nous a trouvé une autre chambre mais qui était loin d'avoir les équipements de celle réservée sur Hôtels.com. Bref, une grosse déception.

Poor communication especially re parking, the bathroom was dirty, a noisy compressor kept coming on all night, and the stairs were extremely steep. The room was very small. We didn't stay the second night and could not recommend the place to fellow travellers. Prior information as to the street for parking would have been useful. Our experience was not a pleasant one.

Disappointing.

It was supposed to have coffee and tea making facilities but there was no kettle and we were offered the bottom half of a rusty stained cafetiere to boil water in so we bought a saucepan. Despite being in a wine producing area there was no bottle opener so we were obliged to buy that as well. The bed had a dreadful squeak and the sheet had a hole in it. Altogether a disappointing experience as we`d been there before and really liked it. Very good position but we wouldn`t go there again.

Great time in Nonna Jole

Nonne Jole was a great place to stay for our trip to Lecce. Very centrally located in the old town with access to all of the sights and many restaurants within walking distance. Everyone enjoyed their break away and Paolo was very good in recommending some local restaurants for us to try out some Puglian food. Great place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone going to Lecce.

Hübsches B&B mit Tücken

Das B&B liegt in der verkehrsberuhigten Altstadt von Lecce. Daher hatten wir uns für den gebührenpflichtigen Parkservice entschieden. Laut Info des Inhabers durften wir aber bis vor das B&B fahren. Von dort wurde das Auto dann immer über Nacht außerhalb der Altstadt geparkt. Vier Monate nach der Reise haben wir nun 2 Strafzettel + Gebühren in Höhe von über 250 Euro für das Fahren in der verkehrsberuhigten Zone von unserer Autovermietung erhalten. Das B&B weißt leider jede Verantwortung von sich und wir bleiben auf den Kosten sitzen. Das Appartement mit der Dachterrasse hat leider weder Stühle noch einen Tisch. Schade, do kann man die Dachterrasse nicht nutzen.

Very nice, clean room, 15 minute walk from train.

I was very happy with my two night stay at this cozy little B & B within the city walls of ancient Lecce. My host John Paulo was very nice, and the breakfast was quite sufficient. I will definitely book this one again, on my return to Lecce

Close to Cathedral

We loved Lecce-loads of palaces, churhes, museums and a roman amphitheatre to see.Old town is a short wal;k from train station. Lots of good cafes and very useful trip round on a touristy train with guided tour.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel at the heart of the centre of Lecce. It is only the noise might be disturbing some of the guest at night as it is in the centre but the double grazing windows shut down these noise so we did not have any problem at all.
