"Could not ask for a cleaner place to stay in the heart of historic Otranto. Breakfast is not included not even a coffee if you ask for one. More disappointing was that Expedia stated that parking is available, which was a search criteria we used. Had to park blocks away on street paying $15/day and haul luggage to hotel. "The host changed check in times and doesnt communicate well. You have to reach out to them for check in instructions and beg for the details. Further, the AC in the room doesnt work, just blows hot air and the host doesnt care when notified. The place itself is OK but there are homeless people right outside front door. "

"Insgesamt eine tolle moderne Unterkunft und freundliches Personal. Mit dem Auto sehr nah an der Stadt gelegen. Leider wurden bei unserem Aufenthalt von vier Tagen kein Mal die Handtücher gewechselt, außerdem gab es keine Handtücher für den Pool oder die Außendusche (lediglich 6 Stück für die gesamte Unterkunft) und die normalen durften für den Pool nicht genutzt werden. "Nous avions besoin d'une laveuse à linge en milieu de voyage, nous avons donc opté pour un studio puisque les appartements n'indique pas la présence de laveuse. Quelle erreur, le studio est à l'arrière de l'immeuble avec une seule petite fenêtre de 3 pieds carrés dans le haut du mur. Pour ce qui est de la terrasse qui avait influencé notre décision, elle est à l'étage supérieur sur le toit et est encombrée de déchets, aucun aménagement.
