"Great value for families! The welcoming staff, location (Lenox/Pittsfield border), spacious suite, and ample amenities made for a fantastic vacation. No free breakfast but there are several dining options and markets nearby. Gorgeous view of the sunset from the upper floors. There was a note of upcoming renovations so looking forward to what else they have in store. "

"We were surprised to see that facility was an old motel. That was not indicated in the photos. The facility, location and staff were both excellent and we would definitely stay there again. The room was terrific. "

"This is a great hotel in a rather run down town. The staff was very helpful in providing us with everything we needed and gave us good recommendations in the town. The hotel is very creative and comfortable in how they used its space. We were very content, including our dog."

"For the kind of property this is (old motor inn), it was excellent. The rooms were clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, and the pool was clean and inviting. Host provided coffee in the mornings. Rooms have hair dryers, refrigerators, good lighting, enough outlets for cell phones and cpap machines, and great showers (really good water pressure). Only recommendation for the owner is to add grab bars in,the tub area. Older people and disabled people need this to feel safe...

"Beautiful inn. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed. However there was a bit of a musty odor in the room. Not overpowering, but each time we walked into the room it was noticeable. We spent a couple of hours lounging on the beautiful porch. We will definitely be back to this beautiful inn and town."
