When checking in no one was at desk we had to call a number then check ourselves in. The bed was not comfortable even though a mattress topper was over mattress. Horrible odor in room. The bathroom was clean.

Gone Downhill

I've stayed, off and on, at this motel for decades. But both the service and accommodations have gone downhill and are in need of a major overhaul. There was no one on site to check me in; it was handled remotely by putting my credit card in a machine while talking to someone on the phone. Room was in a state of disrepair. Tub was old and dirty. Bathroom door opened into the toilet. Sink did not drain properly and faucet did not provide hot water. Electrical items were not plugged in. Pool was closed and looked like a construction site. No maid service. No breakfast. Parking lot was uneven and in need of paving. For all of the above reasons, I didn't feel totally safe. I did speak to an onsite caretaker who was very nice; none of this is her fault.

Always satisfied.

I stay here very often as I have a martial art practice and my teacher is in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable. Also an excellent location to access dining.

Older motel building

It is an older motel on the main artery of town. Traffic noice is minimal toom was very spacious. Great restaurant, Rose, across the street.

Check in was very easy and the gentleman who helped us was very respectful and polite! Room was spotless and bed was comfortable! Not many hotels in berkshire county that are like this. Either snotty receptionists or filthy rooms but this place is amazingly unique! Will be gladly staying again:)

No bad for the money

Very comfortable bed, lots of channels on the TV, shower was great. Room was needing some upgrades. The pool wasn’t functional which was disappointing. I would have liked to have been alerted to this prior to our stay or when booking. Overall, not bad for the price. We would stay here again. Great location.

There was no check in at all, they called you on the phone. My original room wasn’t available, no real issue. The pictures are not of where you actually stay…this place needs serious updating! I would expect this for $80 a night, not over 100
