"The breakfast was terrible, long lineup as there was only one wall for breakfast. You had to wait for people to make a pancake then people kept budding in to make toast. The eggs were weird and had no sweets (muffins, danish, etc.). When we checked in the system was down, but the woman at the desk was very helpful."
"I had an excellent stay at the Capricorn Motel recently. The room was newly updated with modern finishes, a smart TV, and a fully renovated bathroom.
The property has a couple of BBQs available and a great shared kitchen area for all guest to use.
Located right across the road from one of the 1000 Island cruises, which was also fantastic.
The host was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and clearly takes pride in the place. I would definitely stay here again."
"We enjoyed our hotel stay very much. The location was ideal for easy access to the 401 and the surrounding area including downtown Kingston. Best Western plus remains a reputable hotel that maintains its standards."
"The staff are very friendly, the price is reasonable and there is AC. As well the breakfast is very good. That all said, the hotel could easily get 4 stars, but it needs a bit of work. The buildings are in rough shape and our shower didn’t work and there was no hot water."
