"Amazing from start to end, staff friendly and welcoming, room brilliant and breakfast outstanding, stayed night before in Hilton York definitely no competition"
"A warm friendly welcome we arrived a bit early however we were able to check in , the room is spacious and well laid out and clean. Beds were comfortable but our room was on the city side of building so I didn’t get much sleep due to noise from the streets. We would stay again but ask for a quiet area"
"Staff were lovely and friendly, room was good, shower was a bit neglected but as we only stayed for one night it was adequate. Would definitely stay again as location was great."
"Nice, big room with a huge bed.
Great view from the 14th floor.
Excellent location almost opposite the station.
Checking and out was easy.
The gym was well equipped.
The only issue was the lift situation, which I’m sure will be a priority in a 20 storey hotel."
"Love staying here, location is great, rooms lovely. Only issue this time is we were put in an adapted room meant for someone needing access to be enhanced. This isnt us. Other than that all good."
