"Clean room & staff was great but the room had a bad (strong & unpleasant) smell to it that would not go away even after I sprayed the room with a air freshner. I believe it was coming from the air conditioning/heat unit"

The continental breakfast was better than any normal highway hotel. The real break out "star" for this hotel is the staff, we were checked in by the nicest front desk staff. I can't remember her name but she was so kind. She offered all kinds of suggestions where to eat, where to go and asked if we needed anything evertime we walked past. She had hand...

"Staff was nice, but the facilities where in some much cleaning and updating, I found nice trap's,mold on curtains,hair in the shower drain and the bathroom door didn't lock or shut a ton of broken things in shower and rip in the arm chair. And I have puctures"

"Office was empty when I tried to check out and there was no drop box for the room key. Rang the bell and called the phone several times without a response "
