"The room was not ready. Coffee spill on the floor in the lobby ignored. Wall tiles missing from the lobby wall in sitting area. The room had multiple paint gouges/scratches. No chair, no iron, no bedside lamps. "

The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur. "Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. "The bar that held the shower curtain was loose from the wall and it made tough for the curtain to stay shut while in the shower. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable."

"The room was ok. It had a slight smell but only when fan wasn’t on. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. My only ‘complaint’ would be that there was no clock, nor guide list/channel list for the TV. Will rent again, if needed. "
