"Excellent resort style facilities including a huge beautiful pool and an XL jacuzzi. However, there was an upcharge on almost everything, late checkout, lower floors, room not facing the parking lot, room with a little balcony and no breakfast at all.
The rooms were up to date and very clean, but there were few surfaces to put your bag or travelling stuff on.
This and the 'harried' service lowers this to being more like a HOTEL, than a longer (vacation ) stay Resort.

"It’s definitely a unique property as far as decor (old west theme), but the property had all the amenities required for a family reunion. The lobby bar staff was very attentive and fun, there are restaurants on site and a clean pool and workout area. Very close to all The Villages activities we had planned and a short walk / golf cart ride to the exciting Brownwood Square for nightly live music and restaurants and shops! Recommended! Also very reasonable pricing per night."

"Very strong chemical smell in the room, probably from cleaners but hard to breathe. So strong that even the first night when I was home, my CPAP still had the chemical smell when I put it on the next night. Single occupancy meant I expected only one towel, but a washcloth or hand towel would have been nice also."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! We reserved and paid for a king bed, only to get there and be told that they didn't have any king beds. They tried to give us 2 queens and we would've accepted that, only to find out they were actually full size beds. To top it all of it was filthy and dirty. There were holes in the walls and doors didn't shut all the way. I felt very unsafe so much so that we asked for a refund and went and stayed at a different hotel. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel."
