"The young lady on reception was just so lovely, friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious and clean. The sofa was not particularly comfortable, likely due to it being a sofa bed. The bathroom door had expanded possibly due to getting wet from the shower? It meant the door stuck at the bottom and caused my husband to walk into the door handle resulting in a bruised abdomen! The curtains are a little challenging to close and would benefit from an electronic mechanism. Only thing missing...

"This was the perfect location for a concert we attended at the arena nearby. The only issue we had was the bedding didn’t have a comforter or blanket so we got a little cold. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and were very happy."

"Beautiful little apartment with a nice balcony and wonderful guest services including access to laundry (note that it’s only a washer but drying racks are provided, we dried a few heaver items on the balcony) and anything you might need during your stay in the lobby area. Great WiFi that worked well for the entirety of our stay. The lift was used and appreciated very much. This accommodation was about a 15 minute walk to Atocha train station and a 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro stations so...

"Fantastic place to stay for a short trip to Madrid, the apartment was clean and comfortable and the area was very quiet. We made good use of the amenities although the studio apartment was a little smaller than it looked on photos, otherwise everything was great and the self-check in and check out system was very smooth. We would definitely stay again."
