"The front desk staff, especially Julie, was friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours early and Julie was able to check-in. Whenever we saw Julie, she stopped to ask if we needed anything. The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. The quality was very good, not cheap flimsy items. "We needed a late minute accommodation and they worked with us and seemed to be happy to do so. Everyone was nice and courteous. The one thing I can say is the pool is open late but doesn’t have a lot of light but other wise still useable and a good size."

"I booked this place because my husband was having surgery at Mayo Clinic and we needed an inexpensive ADA room, close to the hospital. The room was FILTHY DISGUSTING, to the point we did not walk barefoot at all. None of the doors closed properly. The bathroom was grimy and the towels were dingy and torn. Staff would not come clean the room (they only clean the rooms once every 2 weeks), give extra towels (they will charge you for extra), and I ended up having to do my best to clean the bathroom...

"The floor was coming coming the bathroom because the floor gets wet. The shower curtain doesn't reach the top of the bathtub. Also the jacuzzi didn't work."

"The property was well maintained and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and best of all QUIET! I really appreciated the nice complimentary breakfast, and the broad timespan that it was offered (6 a.m. to 10 a.m.) Great location, walking distance from CVS, donuts, a coffee shop, and an outdoor mall with several really nice restaurants. The rooms were more affordable than others in the area and I will definitely come back."

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"Very nice room; spacious and conducive for my living needs. But I wasn’t made aware that the buildings didn’t have elevators. I was put on the 3rd floor, which was horrible for my knees."
