"This wonderful experience started with the check in by a person dedicated to make our stay the best ever. Fluent in English, all questions were quickly and positively answered. The building included a great night club, high class fashion shopping, a kids center, pools - swimming and the snooker kind, and a good fitness center. The roof top villas also had their own private swimming pools - wow! The great food made the experience unfforgetable and free airport transfer wrapped up a super stay....

"Check in is fine, the amenities inside room very limited just only toothbrush. The shower gel and shampoo isn’t being added and replace. When you’re asking something from housekeeping, ypu have to remind several times, pls more attentive on those kinda of matter since this is 4 star hotel"

"One night stay before flight. Only 20 mins from airport. Good location to explore Legian, lots of aussies, sports bars and touristy things. loved watching the sunset on the beach. Best to take taxi to beach etc, or risk walking along very narrow street with lots of traffic. Bintang supermarket, about a mile away, go via taxi, has everything you may need, proper supermarket, large range of food, clothes and knic-knacs for presents plus chocolate."

"The property is secluded, quiet and safe. The staff are excelling in their customer service and goes beyond in assisting us. The kitchen was fully equiped and the stove plays up, may require deep clean but overall safe to use. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool to ourselves delight and the 3 bedrooms are spacious and equipped with own bathrooms and ensuite. Giving 5 star overall!!"

"The staff of this hotel is absolutely accommodating and service oriented. They have a bar and a kitchen that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is very good and the drinks are good, however the mixed juices vary depending on who makes them. The rooms are clean, and quite large. The pools are clean, as well the grounds. Location is in the middle of a very busy area, but it is also easy to walk to almost anywhere you need as well as immediate taxi’s or grabs and only 10 mins to the...
