"The staff are exceptional, Ts Bar staff Luci, Kadak, Oka and Ninda were so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. The cocktails were fantastic. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff like Adi, were so helpful. I would recommend TS suites as it’s in the middle of everything, easy to walk down to the shops! "

"Padma was essentially very good,but they attempted to refuse us the offers they advertised as attatched to the room saying they were refused because we booked through you & not directly through them .We explained to them that it was false advertising & we expected the added extras to be met.They did eventually. Concede & we got some of the extras but not all.You need to inform your clients booking through you that they may have similar issues ."

"Lovley for older family’s. Kids club isn’t good for young or older kids. My 7 year old refused to go back. Very nice kept hotel, almost immaculate. Food not overly exciting. No swim up bar. Kids club closes at 5pm. "

"At the moment the bandha is being repainted and repairs being done , so a little annoying when I rang them before going and they didn’t tell me this , still noisey when people in rooms above pull chairs across the floor , I have advised the bandha many times about rubber soles under legs of chairs etc , small things like bulbs out in your room and doors not locking properly , not good enough when your spending good money to stay there"
