"The young man at the front desk seemed quite stressed. When he asked for the ID of the person who made the reservation, I couldn't remember if I had booked it under my name or my husband's. He asked for a phone number, and when he couldn't find the booking under mine, he was quite arrogant; he immediately took my husband's number and completely ignored me, acting very unkindly and somewhat dismissively toward me. I felt terrible at that moment. However, I am writing this review so that he might change his attitude and realize he should always treat everyone with the same courtesy, regardless of whose name is on the reservation—especially since I was the one who chose this hotel. Otherwise, the breakfast staff and everyone else are very friendly, the hotel has excellent facilities, and we love the breakfast."
