"Couldn't fault this hotel at all. From the beautiful grounds, the grandeur of the building, the impeccable customer service, the delicious food, the spacious, elegant room, the clean, luxurious spa. The drinks were a tad on the pricey side, but the mid week room price including spa access was excellent value for money. Would come here again in heartbeat. "

"Reception staff and facilities are excellent and always very clean.
We stay frequently at Scarman and are always very satisfied with our stays.
The only point I would make, is that we always feel under pressure to vacate our room before 10.00 during the week, with house keeping staff knocking and sometimes entering our room even though we put out the appropriate sign to indicate that we are still using the room.
We are not conference attendees - we stay for other reasons and therefore do not...

"Room was clean.
Staff were cery good.
Antonious Waguih ,presumably manager went out of his way to make sure the group were well catered for.
Nothing was too much for him.
He helped make the room cosier and welcoming.Staff was well co ordinated and communication between the 2 parties was brilliant.We never felt ignored.
Rooms were brilliant.Breakfast was good although on Alex (Maybe duty Manager)who made us feel like we were a problem all the time.
