"While booking the room. Expedia changed the date. I should have reviewed it but it was Thursday night and I was tired. I clicked go and then reallized I just booked a hotel 3 hours away for that night, not Saturday as it read when I started the booking. Tried to cancel but it was too latesince it was present time. I contacted expedia texted with a robot for 15 min then got a real person texting. Was told it was the hotels policy and nothing expedia could do. I left a message with the hotel. A woman from the hotel called me Friday morning and said she would cancel my payment for me. Unfortunately the money was put into my expedia account for future use. So 5 for the hotel & its staff. 0 for expedia for its crappy website and unwillingness to try to get my money back."

"Hot tub and sauna were both closed indefinitely (we weren’t informed of this until after we had booked). Hotel was drastically overpriced for what you get. Earplugs in the lobby is never a good sign. We could hear every footstep and noise in the inn, including people snoring multiple rooms away from us. Super thin walls, not a lot of space in the rooms, and no mini fridges either. Breakfast was solid, but taken away promptly at 9:00am, which is a bit early. There was rarely any staff members visible at the front desk and we never saw the pub open even though it had a sign saying it was open late. I would not recommend this Inn as it was nowhere near worth the $625 we paid for a two night stay. I’ve stayed at nicer, quieter hostels for much less. "

"Front desk staff had great suggestions on restaurants and sightseeing in the area. Bed was quite comfortable, water pressure was good, quiet room at the end of the hall."
