Staff are nice Accomodation less so

The staff did there best in what is not a very nice place. The whole building was a mix of transit and famillies arriving sugestion temporary accomodation. It appeared to be an office block conversion but i could be wrong. for a group of young people crashing for a night.. .this could be OK ... for a familly ... seriously look elsewhere

Disappointed

To be honest I was really disappointed. Blinds all broken , nothing to clean with. Sofa bed horrific , door bar screws all out, shower glass all mouldy and seal broken so water leaks everywhere . Coffee machine filthy , says there is a washer dryer so I thought great! Turns out it’s just a washing machine. Entire flat needs a good clean and work doing to it.

Doesnt deserve the high rating, won’t stay again.

Communication was bad as we had to chase 3 times for a reply to our messages and didnt receive info on how to enter bldg. I was told we would receive in 10 mins when I rang but didnt receive so had to call again. All floors were stained and grubby so had to wear shoes at all times. Sofa was delaminating and old, cups were not all clean. Bed sheets were clean though but rest of apartment was tired and needs a deep clean. No parking a available as advertised, there is a NCP a couple of doors away though at £6.95/night. We would not stay again.

The location was excellent for a city stay, however, some maintenance issues were noted and communication problems. I messaged to confirm my stay and request what to expect on my arrival. I had no response. So i was actually starting to get anxiety. Upon arrival, they appeared to have some difficulty locating our information, and even after they claimed to have found it, we had to correct them on the number of guests and nights of our stay. Panicking me again. We were also unaware of the £100 deposit requirement. Building The doorbell was loose, making entry to the property somewhat difficult. (Wasnt told the code to enter the building). The digital keypad on the room's door was unresponsive, the door itself did not feel secure and neither was code to enter the room. Unfortunately, the large shower head fell, striking my toe; I am uncertain if it is broken. The toilet was also loose. No blind on bathroom window. The bed sheets had stains, which appeared to be rust. The walls were thin. I would not recommend the sofa bed for a group of six people. I have a few personal observations. The entrance had an unpleasant odor of marijuana. The hight of the bedroom mirror was too high, i 5ft3 and couldn't us it. Disappointed no full length mirror either. Didn't like all the unsecure wires around the tv. Aside from these points, the apartment itself smelled clean and was not dusty. The hot water was very hot, and each room had a controllable radiator.
