"Friendly and helpful staff. There is a kitchen for free breakfast，even though breakfast is not included. Room is on the small side though. Trim is on the front of the house."

"Absolutely lovely place! Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was pristine and the shared bathroom was kept clean and stocked with toilet paper. So many nice little touches to 4 Friends that made our first ever stay in Scotland one to remember! Great location close to lots of little things and easy access to the bus to get further into Edinburgh. Can’t say enough good about here!"
