"The property was very run down . The facilities were badly looked after, if not non existent. The food was very average. The drinks were extremely overpriced. The hotel was much too expensive for what was on offer. We were expecting a spa hotel, and it definitely wasn’t. Very disappointed."

"We love staying here, so close to the beach, the shops and town, it has been our fourth stay, one of our stays was not very positive, I had to get housekeeping to clean the bathroom, unfortunately, I had to clean it too when we got back, still had long black hairs in the bath, all over the floor, the sink. I love this place for an away weekend but please pay more care to cleanliness"

"The Anacapri Hotel in Falmouth is an absolute gem for a coastal getaway. The location is incredibly convenient, sitting just opposite Gyllyngvase Beach for instant seaside access, while still being a reasonable distance walk right into the town centre and harbour.
Everything throughout the hotel was nice and clean, with rooms that made for a truly comfortable stay. It’s a fantastic, stress-free base that balances beautiful sea views with easy access to all of Falmouth's shops and restaurants!"

"I only stayed for a night, but really enjoyed my time. The room was perfect, the staff was very nice and welcoming."

"it was fine. nothing massively special but I didnt expect that either. The room was decent and had aircon. reception staff were kind.
I dont like that I had to provide my driving licence on check-in. I don't usually at hotels
but it was lucky I had it with me as I dont usually."

"Some areas showed their age .
Staff where courteous and kind .
Views are wonderful but the terrace needs tidying up.
Breakfast was like a feast!
25 to 30 years ago we used to come regularly for several holidays a year.
It's an old building and needs a brush up.
They've tried to maximise money making on the terrace not all of which is easy on the eye .
However despite criticism I'm already planning a return trip ."
