"Lovely few days on the North East coast. Breakfast was just what you need with both cooked options and fruit/pastry. The staff were lovely in all areas of the hotel including the gym&pool. You can't go far wrong. Our room was comfy, clean and perfect for a short stay. "

"Lovely welcome fabulous staff , the hotel is in an excellent position near the beach and some thank you for a fabulous stay lovely restaurants and coffee shops near by . The bathroom was huge ,with lovely white towels and the rooms we’re spotless , some of the decor is a dated but you can see they are upgrading it bit by bit . The breakfast was delicious quality bacon and sausage, we will definitely stay there again thank the Windsor Hotel 😊😊😊"

The hotel was in a great location and we really appreciated the fact that the lift went down to the quayside as we had a pram with us so the steps would’ve been very difficult. The hotel was beautiful and we managed to park in the car park which was very convenient. The concierge was very helpful and staff were all very friendly. Our quayside view was also great!
